(Hebrews Meshulle'meth, מְשֻׁלֶּמֶת . friend; Sept. Μεσολλάμ,Vulg. Messalemeththe daughter of Haruz of Jotbah; she was the mother of king Amon, and consequently the wife of Manasseh, whom she appears to have survived (2 Kings 21:19). Her character may be inferred from the idolatry of her son as well as of her husband. BC. 664-642.
