(Heb. Cho'desh, חֹדֶשׁ, a month, as often; Sept. Ἀδά,Vulg. Hodes), one of the wives of Shaharaim, of the tribe of Judah, several of whose children are enumerated (1 Chronicles 8:9); called in 1 Chronicles 8:8 more correctly BAARA (See BAARA) (q.v.).
