( ῾Ιερεήλ ), given (1 Esdras 9:21) as the name of one of the "sons of Emmer" who divorced their heathen wives after the Captivity; evidently the JEHIEL (See JEHIEL) (q.v.) of the Heb. text (Ezra 10:21).
