(Heb. Chelah', חֶלְאָה ; rust, as in Ezekiel 24:6; Sept. Α῾λαά v.r. Ἀωδά ), one of the two wives of Ashur (a descendant of Judah), by whom she had three sons (1 Chronicles 4:5; 1 Chronicles 4:7). B.C. prob. cir. 1612.
