(Heb. Bilshan', בַּלְשָׁן , son of the tongue, i.e. eloquent; Sept. Βαλασάν and Βαλσάν ), a man of I rank who returned from the Babylonian captivity with Zerubbabel (Ezra 2:2; Nehemiah 7:7). B.C. 536.
