a Spanish Jesuit, was born at Jaca, in Aragon, in 1619. He entered the Society of Jesuits in 1641, and, after teaching theology at Salamanca for more than twenty-five years, died at Valencia, Oct. 11, 1693. He wrote, A History of the Kings of Aragon (1682-84), in Spanish: and treatises on The Knowledge and Will of God, Predestination, The Trinity, and The Incarnation and Perfection of Jesus Christ, all in Latin.
