(עֹמֶר הִתְּנוּפָה, Sept. δράγμα τοῦ ἐπιθέματος, A.V. "sheaf of the wave- offering," Leviticus 23:15) was the first-fruit of the harvest, which at the beginning of the harvest or Passover (q.v.) was presented to the Jehovah by the ceremony of waving (Leviticus 23:11; Leviticus cf., 15).
