Princeps Sacerdotum (Chief Of Priests)
This is a title sometimes applied by Tertullian, Augustine, and others to a bishop, but used in the same sense as archiepiscopus, pontifex maximus, that is, high -priest. (See BISHOP); (See PRIEST).
