Niemann, Sebastian
Cyclopedia of Biblical, Theological and Ecclesiastical Literature
a Lutheran theologian of Germany, was born April 2, 1625. He studied at different universities, commenced his academical career at Jena in 1651, was. in 1654 professor, in 1657 doctor of theology, in 1666 superintendent and member of consistory, in 1674 general superintendent at Schleswig, and died March 6, 1684.
