was an Augustine monk, and afterwards bishop (or rather administrator) of the Church of Mantua. He was one of the best preachers and most skilful doctors of his time. He lived about 1524, and wrote, De Genitura Mundi: — De Fato Quadragesimale (Venice, 1523, 4to): — Conciones super Salutationem Angel. — De Tribus Magdalenis et Unica Magdalena: — De Vera et Catholica Fide, against Luther: — Sermons, etc. See Mag.
