a Lutheran theologian, born at Romershofen, Franconia, March 5, 1723, was rector at Langensalza, and died March 23, 1789. He wrote, Die wahren Eigenschaften der hebraischen Sprache (Leipsic, 1748): — Analysis et Versio iii Ecclesiastae (ibid. 1751): — Auflosung der vornehmsten Schwierigkeiten der hebr.
