a Methodist Episcopal minister, was born in London County, Virginia, August 20, 1788; was converted in 1804, entered the Conference at Baltimore in 1810, and died November 27, 1815. He was a very zealous and useful minister, and many souls were converted through his preaching. He was greatly lamented by his people, among whom he was suddenly cut down.
