He studied at Tubingen, was in 1735 pastor at Sch.waickhelm, and died in 1765, leaving, De Origine et Auctorite Punctorum Hebraicorum Divina (Tubingen, 1728): — De Augustiniana Decalogi Divisione (ibid. 1733): — Vertheidigung der Integritatis Textus Hebraici Veteris Testamenti (Heilbronn, 1764).
