a Lutheran theologian of Germany, was born in 1681. He studied at Halle, and died as preacher at Glauchau, April 12, 1720, leaving, De Usu LXX Interpretum in Novo Testamento (Halle, 1709): — Introductio ad Libros Apocryphos (1710): — Prolegomena ad Libros Apocryphos Veteris Testamenti (1711): — De Textu Novi Test.
