a Lutheran theologian of Germany, who died April 13, 1741, member of consistory, court-preacher, and superintendent at Bayreuth, is the author of, De Conventu Snobacenae (Bayreuth 1717): De θηριομαχίᾷ Pauli (Wittenberg, 1703; also found in Thesaurus Novus Theol. Philol. 2:875 sq.): Memoriae Philosophorum, Oratorum, Poetarum, Historicorum, etc. (Bayreuth, 1710): Die Ausgabe einer deutschen Bibel Lutheri.
