a German theologian, was born at Dresden in 1628. He was at first pastor of the Church of Nicolai, at Leipsic, then abbot of the convent of Bergen, near Magdeburg, in 1669. He died in 1685, leaving Methodologia Homiletica: — De Pactis et Foederibus Dei cum Hominibus: — Christianae Vitae Regulae: — Thesaurus Evangelicus: — Cibus Foeninarum Coelistis, seu Sacrum Orandi et Cantandi Libellus.
