a Lutheran theologian of Germany, was born at Breslau, in Silesia, November 2, 1606. He studied at different universities, was deacon at Wittenberg in 1631, preacher in his native city in 1647, and died February 5, 1660. He wrote, Proba Fidei Evangelica: De Coelo Beatorum: De Legitima Vocatione Lutheri: De Verbo Dei Scripto. See Jocher, Allgemeines Gelehrten-Lexikon, s.v.; Winer, Handbuch der theol. Lit. 1:759.
