a Lutheran theologian of Germany, was born at Rostock, August 15, 1675. He studied at the universities of his native place and Leipsic, was in 1704 professor at Rostock, in 1713 superintendent and pastor of St. George's at Parchim, and died Jan. 13, 1734.
