a reputable French sculptor, was born at Dijon in 1626. Among other excellent works, he executed the statues of St. Stephen and St. Medard, and the tomb of Pierre Odebert, in the cathedral of Dijon; the grand altar and the Assumption of the Virgin, in the Church of Notre Dame.
