a Welsh Baptist minister, was born in Pembrokeshire in 1814. He graduated from Pontypool College in 1841; became co-pastor with Reverend Robert Williams at Ruthin, Denbighshire for a few years; pastor at Llanelly, near Abergavenny, for twelve years, and afterwards at Cowbridge, Glamorgan, until his death, December 14, 1867.
