a Hungarian theologian, was born at Tuhegli, June 21, 1710. In 1726 he went to Rome, studied at Fermo under the auspices of pope Benedict XIII, and on March 5, 1735, he entered orders. Returning to Rome, he was welcomed by pope Clement XII, who proposed him for the canonship of Presburg. He occupied various other positions in the ecclesiastical hierarchy, and died about 1780. His principal works are Doctrina verae Christi Ecelesiae (Ofen, 1762): — Justa Religionis Coactio, etc. (ibid. 1765).
