a Baptist minister, was born at Fairfax, Vermont, December 22, 1807. He was converted early, and in 1841 engaged in preaching at Keene, N.H.; in 1845 was ordained in Berkshire, Vermont; subsequently labored at Sanbornton, N.H., Johnson and Waterbury, Vermont; and died in the last- named place, August 3, 1855.
