a minister of the Bible Christians, was born at Hiscott, Devonshire, England, in August 1799. He was converted in 1818, and in 1825 entered the ministry, and was appointed to the Chatham circuit. For twenty-nine years he labored on circuits and stations, making full proof of his ministry. In 1854, becoming very deaf, he took a superannuated relation. He died at Ilfracombe, September 30, 1873.
