a French ecclesiastic and poet, was born at Amiens in 1177. He was successively prior of the abbey of Vic-sur-Aisne, and of that of St. Medard of Soissons. He died in 1236, leaving in manuscript a French translation in verse of the Miracles de Notre Dame, written originally in Latin by Hugh Farsi, Heranan, Guibert of Nogent, etc. Several copies of this MS. are found in the imperial library of Paris.
