Clark, John (5), A.M.,

a Scotch clergyman of Glasgow, was licensed to preach in 1819; was elected minister. at New Street Chapel, Edinburgh, in' 1823, and ordained; promoted to the Second Charge, Canongate, in 1833; transferred to the Old Church in 1844, and died Sept. 1, 1859, aged seventy years.- See Fasti Eccles.
