a French martyr, was going from Besancon to the town of Gry, but did not do homage to a cross in the way, for which a passing monk, who was an inquisitor, suspected-him.: Being guided by this monk to Gry, he was there condemned. When carried to the place of martyrdom, he was offered his liberty on condition of kneeling down and: hearing a mass.
