Camos, Marcos Antoni

a Spanish prelate, was born at Barcelona in 1553. After a military career and the loss of his wife, he became an Augustine monk in 1591, studied theology and philosophy, and in 1605 was appointed bishop of Trani (in Bari), but died before his confirmation to that office.
