a colored Baptist minister, was a slave belonging to the Hon. Jonathan Bryan, a distinguished patriot of the Revolution. Andrew founded the first colored Church in Savannah, Georgia, and remained its pastor until his death, October 6, 1812. He was very highly esteemed for his piety. See Sprague, Annals of the Amer.
