a French writer, was professor of theology at Paris at the close of the 13th century. He composed upon the works of Aristotle, upon logic and scholastic philosophy, numerous books which were considered quite important, and editions of which were multiplied at the close of the 15th century, at Paris, Lyons, Basle, and Venice.
