Bosso (Or Bossus), Matteo
an Italian writer, was born at Verona in 1428. He was canon regular of St. John of Lateran, and died at Padua in 1502; leaving, among other works, De Veris ac Salufitclibus Aszini Gisudiis: — De Sapientice Cultu: — De Tolerandis' Adversis, etc.: — four hundred and sixty-five of his letters and six: sermons under the title, Recuperationes Fesulance, dedicated to cardinal Giovanni de' Medici (Bologna, 1492).
