Becart (Or Becardus), Jean

a Flemish theologian, of the order of the Premonstrants, who died in 1635, wrote, S. Thome Cantuariensis et lHelici II M.b. nomachia de Libertate Ecclesiastica (Cologne, 1624), under the name of Richard Brumceus, and is also the author of Annales Prcemonstratenses.
