a Congregational minister, was born in Unity, N. H., Dec. 15, 1792. From 1816 to 1844 he was a Methodist minister, but did not receive his ordination until June 10, 1827. After he had changed his ecclesiastical relation, he was pastor for five years of the Congregational churches which he had organized at Rockford and Cannon, Mich. From 1861, for one year, he was acting pastor in Laphamville, and then resided there without charge until 1867. Subsequently he lived at Rockford, where he died Feb. 13, 1880. See Cong.
