a Spanish priest and translator, a native of Seville, lived in the early part of the 16th century. He wrote a translation of De Bello Rhodio of J. la Fontaine, and not of Pontanus, as Jocher claims: La muy Lamentable- Conquista y Cruenta Batalla de Rodas (Seville, 1549) :-Itinerario del Venerabile Varron Patricio Romano (ibid. 1520).
