Versículos 1-30

CHAPTER 5

The Song of the Vineyard and the Six Woes

1. The song of the vineyard and Jehovah's lament ( Isaías 5:1) 2. The judgment upon the vineyard ( Isaías 5:5) 3. The wild grapes ( Isaías 5:8) 4.

First woe against covetousness ( Isaías 5:8) 5. Second woe against fleshly lusts ( Isaías 5:11) 6. Third woe against mockers ( Isaías 5:18) 7.

Fourth woe against moral insensibility ( Isaías 5:20) 8. Fifth woe against conceit ( Isaías 5:21) 9. Sixth woe against lawlessness ( Isaías 5:22) 10.

Jehovah's anger and the invader announced ( Isaías 5:24) Compare the song of the vineyard with Mateo 21:33. The wild grapes of Israel fully correspond to the wild grapes of nominal Christendom. “If God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest He also spare not thee” Romanos 11:21 .
