Qal Imperative דֹּ֫מּוּ ישְׁבֵי אִי Isaiah 23:2 wail, ye coast dwellers (compare Dl l.c.), "" הֵילִילוּ Isaiah 23:1, & הֵילִילוּ ישְׁבֵי אִי Isaiah 23:6; most, however, assign this to I.דמם q. v. ( 3).
