פָּרִיץ constr. פְּרִיץ Isaiah 35:9 but pl. פָּרִיצִים, פָּרִיצֵי (of a form which should take dagesh, for פַּרִּיץ) m. prop. breaking, rending abroad; used of wild beasts, Isaiah 35:9 hence a violent (man), Psalms 17:4; Ezekiel 7:22, 18:10 Jeremiah 7:11; Daniel 11:14. Compare the root No. 3, a.
