Eq. 1233: — Pass., to be set on fire, blaze, flame, φλογιζόμενον ἅλιον S. Tr. 95 (lyr.): to be burnt up, consumed, Arist. Mu. 397a29: metaph., of the tongue, Ephesians 3:6 (Act. and Pass.).
