For this verb cf. OGIS 90.23 (Rosetta stone—B.C. 196) ὡς ἂν ἐκ πολλοῦ χ (ρ)όνου συνεστηκυίας τῆς ἀλλοτριότητος τοῖς ἐπισυναχθεῖσιν εἰς αὐτὴν (sc. Λύκων πόλιν) ἀσεβέσιν, syll 318.23 (B.C. 118) ἐπισυναχθέντων τῶν Γαλατῶν ἱππέων ἔτι πλειόνων. It is used of ";accumulated"; interest in P Grenf II. 72.8 (A.D. 290–304) with reference to a loan of 2 talents—ἅπερ σοι ἀποδώσω σὺν τοῖς ἐπισυναχθεῖσι τόκοις ἄχρι ἀποδόσεως, and so P Flor I. 46.14 (iii/A.D. ad init.).
