Moab has been at ease from youth, settled ... like wine on its dregs; he has not been poured from vessel to vessel or gone into exile. So ... his flavor has remained the same, and his aroma vvv is unchanged.
English Standard Version
Moab has been at ease from his youth and has settled on his dregs he has not been emptied from vessel to vessel nor has he gone into exile so his taste remains in him and his scent is not changed
Holman Christian Standard Version
Moab has been left quiet since his youth, settled like wine on its dregs. He hasn't been poured from one container to another or gone into exile. So his taste has remained the same, and his aroma hasn't changed.
King James Version
Moab hath been at ease from his youth, and he hath settled on his lees, and hath not been emptied from vessel to vessel, neither hath he gone into captivity: therefore his taste remained in him, and his scent is not changed (8738).
