οὕτως λέγει κύριος τῷ λαῷ τούτῳ ἠγάπησαν κινεῖν πόδας αὐτῶν καὶ οὐκ ἐφείσαντο, καὶ ὁ θεὸς οὐκ εὐδόκησεν ἐν αὐτοῖς· νῦν μνησθήσεται τῶν ἀδικιῶν αὐτῶν.

This is what the LORD says about this people: "Truly they love to wander; they have not restrained their feet. So the LORD does not accept them; He will now remember their guilt and call their sins to account .... "
English Standard Version
Thus says the Lord concerning this people They have loved to wander thus they have not restrained their feet therefore the Lord does not accept them now he will remember their iniquity and punish their sins
Holman Christian Standard Version
This is what the Lord says concerning these people: Truly they love to wander; they never rest their feet. So the Lord does not accept them. Now He will remember their guilt and punish their sins.
King James Version
Thus saith the LORD unto this people, Thus have they loved to wander (8800), they have not refrained their feet, therefore the LORD doth not accept them; he will now remember their iniquity, and visit their sins.

Thus says Yahweh concerning this people: "They have loved so much to wander, they have not spared their feet. Therefore Yahweh is not favorable to them, now he will remember their iniquity and punish their sins."
