Amazjasz potym wziąwszy posiłek, wywiódł lud swój i ciągnął na Dolinę Soli a poraził ludu z synów Seir dziesięć tysięcy.
Amazjasz natomiast nabrał odwagi, stanął na czele swojego wojska i ruszył do Doliny Soli, gdzie pobił dziesięć tysięcy mieszkańców Seiru.
Ale kiedy się wzmocnił, Amacjasz wyprowadził swój lud, ciągnął doliną Solną i poraził dziesięć tysięcy synów Seiru.
Lecz Amazyjasz zmocniwszy się, wywiódł lud swój, i ciągnął na dolinę Soli, i poraził synów Seir dziesięć tysięcy.
Lecz Amazjasz umocnił się, wyprowadził swój lud i nadciągnął do Doliny Soli, i pobił dziesięć tysięcy synów Seiru.
Amasjasz zaś nabrał odwagi i powiódł swój zbrojny lud, i doszedł do Doliny Solnej, gdzie pobił dziesięć tysięcy mieszkańców Seiru,

And Amaziah strengthened himself, and led forth his people,.... To go to war with the Edomites; not discouraged by the dismission of the hired troops, but trusting in the promise and power of God, he went forth with boldness and intrepidity:
and went to the valley of salt, and smote of the children of Seir, ten thousand; the Edomites; so called, not because they were the posterity of Seir, but because they dwelt in Seir, from whence they drove the descendants of Seir, and dwelt in their stead; see 2 Kings 14:7.
