Phlb. 58d, Phd. 68a, 73a; ς. χαίρω I am exceedingly glad, POxy. 41.17 (iii/iv A.D.).

2. with Adjs., ς. ὑπέρτεροι far superior, Pi. N. 4.37; μισόδημον ς. Ar. Fr. 108; ς. ἄδικος Pl. R. 361a; ἁλμυρὸν ς. Arist. Mete. 359a13; κακοδαίμων ς.
