Hoph`al Perfect 3 plural הַבְּרשְׁיםהָרְעָ֑לוּ Nahum 2:4 are made to quiver. See also [עָרַל].
רָעַל to be struck, to tremble; kindred to the root רָעַר (Chald. and Syr. id.). Only found in
Hophal, id. Nahum 2:4.
