Gesenius' Hebrew and Chaldee Definition
עֲטִין m. (from the root עָטַן), a place where cattle lie down, Job 21:24, עֲטִינָיו מָֽלְאוּ חָלָב “the resting places of his cattle abound with milk.” So indeed Abulwalid, Aben Ezra, and many more recent writers. But I prefer to take עֲטִין for the Ch. עִטְמָא, Syr. ܥܛܶܡܐܳ thigh, side (m and n being interchanged, see p. 463 ), Ch. and Zab. אטמא with this sense, his sides are full of fat (חָלָב for חֵלֶב). So LXX. ἔγκατα; Vulg. viscera; Syr. sides.
