Combined these mean "surround the house". The house is surrounded by grace, beauty, love, health and prosperity, something that is functional.

(from the root יָטַב), the good, or best part of any thing; 1 Samuel 15:9, 15 1 Samuel 15:15, מֵיטַב הַצּאֹן “the best of the flock;” Exodus 22:4, מֵיטַב שָׂדֵהוּ וּמֵיטַב כַּרְמוֹ “the best part of his own field and of his own vineyard;” Genesis 47:6, בְּמֵיטַב הָאָרֶץ “in the best part of the land;” verse 11 Genesis 47:11LXX. ἐν τῇ βελτίστῃ γῇ. Vulg. in optimo loco; nor is the opinion of J. D. Michaëlis to be regarded (Suppl. p. 1072), who Gen. loc. cit. comparing Arabic مَوْظُوبُ, proposes to translate, pastures.
