Po`el Participle מְלָו֯שְׁנִי בַּסֵּתֶד רֵעֵהוּ Psalm 101:5 (on form, compare Ges§ 90, 3 Kö Lgb. i. § 26).
Hiph`il Imperfect 2 masculine singular jussive ׳אַלתַּֿלְשֵׁן עֶבֶד וגו Proverbs 30:10.
לָשַׁן unused in Kal. [“But apparently signifying to lap, like the cognate words, لَسَّ, لسب, لسم compare לָחַשׁ. حس.”]
Poel לוֹשֵׁן denom. from לָשׁוֹן pr. to make tongue, to tongue, i.e. to use the tongue boldly (comp. Germ.
