גָּרֹל rough, morose (grämlich, grollig, grillig; from the same stock, Proverbs 19:19 כתיב, גְּרָל־חֵמָה morose of anger, i.e. of morose anger, angry, rough. All the Verss. express the קרי, גְּדֹל חֵמָה, which however appears too feeble.
