Σαλά (שֶׁלַח, a missile), ὁ, Sala (so A. V. (but in Gen. Salah); properly Shelah (so R. V.)), proper name of a man mentioned in Luke 3:35 (Genesis 10:24); (T Tr marginal reading WH read Σαλά also in Luke 3:32, for Σαλμών, which see).
