καὶ ἀπήγγειλα αὐτοῖς τὴν χεῖρα τοῦ θεοῦ, ἥ ἐστιν ἀγαθὴ ἐπ᾿ ἐμέ, καὶ τοὺς λόγους τοῦ βασιλέως, οὓς εἶπέν μοι, καὶ εἶπα ἀναστῶμεν καὶ οἰκοδομήσωμεν. καὶ ἐκραταιώθησαν αἱ χεῖρες αὐτῶν εἰς ἀγαθόν. —
Berean Study Bible
I also told them - about ... the gracious hand of my God upon me, and ... what the king had said to me. "Let us start rebuilding," they replied, and they set their hands to this good work.
English Standard Version
And I told them of the hand of my God that had been upon me for good and also of the words that the king had spoken to me And they said Let us rise up and build So they strengthened their hands for the good work
Holman Christian Standard Version
I told them how the gracious hand of my God had been on me, and what the king had said to me. They said, "Let's start rebuilding," and they were encouraged to do this good work.
King James Version
Then I told them of the hand of my God which was good upon me; as also the king's words that he had spoken unto me. And they said (8799), Let us rise up and build (8804). So they strengthened their hands for this good work.

I told them of the good hand of my God that was upon me and surely the words of the king that were spoken to me. And they said, "Let us arise and build!" And they strengthened their hands for this good work.
New American Standard Version
I told them how the hand of my God had been favorable to me and also about the king's words which he had spoken to me. Then they said, "Let us arise and build." So they put their hands to the good {work.}
