For seven days they observed the Feast of Unleavened Bread with joy, because the LORD had made them joyful and turned the heart of the king of Assyria toward them to strengthen their hands in the work on the house of the God ... of Israel.

And they kept the Feast of Unleavened Bread seven days with joy for the Lord had made them joyful and had turned the heart of the king of Assyria to them so that he aided them in the work of the house of God the God of Israel

They observed the Festival of Unleavened Bread for seven days with joy, because the Lord had made them joyful, having changed the Assyrian king's attitude toward them, so that he supported them in the work on the house of the God of Israel.
King James Version
And kept the feast of unleavened bread seven days with joy: for the LORD had made them joyful (8765), and turned the heart of the king of Assyria unto them, to strengthen their hands in the work of the house of God, the God of Israel.
